This ratings survey consists of 6 sections that total 38 multiple choice questions. The survey should take three or four minutes.
Rating nurseries in the Houston area will help you and other garden center shoppers find the garden centers that provide the best shopping experience for their customers. Looking for the best selection....check out the current ratings to find those that rate well. The same can be done with service, quality, convenience, policies and price. You can find a garden center that matches what you expect and need from a nursery.
You can rate each nursery only once per year. Please rate every nursery that you have shopped.
Rating nurseries is done in complete anonymity.
The ratings will start over every calendar year and we hope that you will participate in these surveys every year. All the nurseries will start the New Year with a clean slate and then chart their progress every year based on your ratings.
With the direct feedback that you provide, nursery managers and owners will get the information they need to provide you, the garden shoppers of Houston, the best shopping experience they can.
The ratings are based on a 1-10 scale. Every answer is given a value based on it's relative importance. Each section is valued at variable percentages. Service and Selection are each worth 20% of the Overall Rating. Quality and Price are 18% each. Convenience is 14% and Policies are 10%. The lowest score possible is 3.65 and the highest is 10.00.
