I am staying with my parents temporally. My sister hand been over early in the season and replace a lot of plats that my parents lost this past year due to my mom's frequent hospitalizations. Most of the items purchased were perennials but they had also got 4 large red geraniums and I found snails in the pot. Told My Dad he should take them tack ASAP because they will eat though the garden and to get rid of them if they spread could become dangerous because of our dog “Kon”. Long story short we went to home depot and the man running the register said “that anyone that new anything about pest or that fungus stuff” would be inside were it was cool. Well we went in and they finally sent a young woman over who knew less than nothing. So I called my Mom and asked where she had bought most of the plants and she said that they got the trees and scrubs from you all. My husband insisted we stop as Lowes while we were by it. This time no one was working outside. I had help paged and we got a very sour puss your African American to come help and he was rude, rude, and rude. I had questions and he just walked away. Well my husband began reading and we are really glad we did. He was way off base. I bought what was said to be pet friendly snail pellets and an insecticide. We came home and my father had the insecticides and the vet said what we got could be deadly to our pet and recommend another brand. So tomorrow we will visit your 249 location and see what your folks can tell us about the pest and if there is fungus or not. When I called the necessary this afternoon about 5:30 the young woman who answered the phone assured me that I could get the help I need and I am looking forward to view your plants as we hope to be movinging into our own home and hope to find a good place to get plants of good quality and service. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AT HOME DEPOT OR LOWES.

I check out their garden department everytime I go to the store to buy
building materials. Sometimes they have really nice plants and their prices
are good. They have an excellent supply of chemicals. The staff is not much help
but that is ok....good warranty on the plants.
