I have never had a plant or tree from Plants For All Seasons ever die on me. Pleased is an understatement. ALL of our plants are from the Klein store. The "new" store is well done, and a delight to go through.

I loved the old P.F.A.S. nursery, and I love the new one even more. I recently took my grand-daughters there to pick out some flowers & vegetables they could pot and plant, what fun! I've always found every employee to be friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. The new gift shop and the merchandise are beautiful, I saw several things that I'll be going back for soon. My experience with most other nurseries has been less than favorable, in comparison. I hope the new P.F.A.S. does well, I know I'll be going back!

Wow, i'm not sure what the previous post was all about. PFAS Klein has the friendliest and most helpful people of any nursery i have been to. Never have I walked around the nursery to look around and not been approached by an employee at least once or twice. Super knowledgable and friendly is the only way I would describe the employees from the owner all the way down to the load up help.

definitely, the nicest nursery around--walkways are great, good plant selection, super restrooms, but..... the service is not the best. If I had spent ALL that money on such a super place--I would be WAY more welcoming. Even the owner was less than friendly. He needs to be more friendly. Remember, the customer does have other choices, restrooms and all. I do love shopping there, but they seem to have more of the larger varieties which are $3.99-$7.99, where the other PFAS, has lots of the smaller pots, or the $1.49 option. Guess they have to pay the rent!
Tip for the owner and staff--Put a smile on your face, and be more welcoming and helpful--like you are glad they are here!

The new building is nice and the paved walkways are great, but it's the same old faces from before working here. Not too sure what the previous poster was speaking of with the new friendly employee comment.

Their new gift shop is awesome, awesome, awesome! Can't say enough about it. With everyone looking for quality gift items at a more than fair price you just can't beat the Klien Store. With the economy in the current state of the DUMP, it is even more important than ever - to have a place where you can find some quality products both gift and garden, and yard products for a more than fair price. Their new personnel are the best - always frienly, helpful and energetic. What a wonderful gift the owners have provided for our area. We are so happy that their dream has finally come true. Klein location keep up the good work! We are spreading the word as fast as we can. Congratlutions Klien Location!
